Make dates visible before capture
iPhone message threads may show a date divider only at intervals, and an individual bubble may not display its exact time until you reveal it in the source interface. TextTrace cannot invent a hidden timestamp. If a precise time matters, make it visible before taking the screenshot or pause on it during the recording.
Include the conversation header or another visible cue that helps the reviewer understand which thread you captured, while avoiding unrelated private material.
Keep context without sending everything
Before. Include the question, request, or event that prompted the message.
Message. Keep sender side, visible date, and attachments.
After. Include replies that clarify meaning or outcome.
Scope beats volume. A defined range with enough context is easier to review than an unfiltered history. Ask the recipient before excluding material they requested.
